Information
Thank you for choosing Prime Jamaican Patties Mail Order Service. Our patties are freshly produced each day and then chilled or frozen, you can store your patties in your fridge for up to 9 days or place them in the freezer for up to 3 months.
Please read through the following notes below before you place your order, and if you have any queries, don’t hesitate to email us on the contact page or call our main office on 0121 369 0667 between 8am - 8pm seven days a week.

Ordering
Patties are baked on dispatch day in order for you to have maximum shelf life, so please order two days before they are required. If have special requirements or have special or need a specific delivery date please contact us so that this can arrange.
Unless otherwise requested, your Patties will be dispatched two days after being ordered.
You will receive a tracking number from the courier allowing you to keep track or give specific drop off instructions. Please therefore ensure that there will be someone available to receive the delivery and get the Patties straight into a fridge or freezer.

Delivery
Our courier delivers Wednesday to Friday only, so please place orders on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays in order to receive that week. We currently do not offer weekend deliveries due to higher costs.
If orders are placed Wednesday we cannot guarantee delivery that week, so please call to check. If orders are placed Thursday or Friday, patties will not be made and dispatched until the following week to arrive for Wednesday or a designated day/date on your behalf.
For UK addresses, the delivery costs of online orders will be calculated at the checkout. For international customers please call us for accurate pricing and to arrange delivery.
All our Jamaican Patties are delivered to your door chilled in a temperature controlled insulated box, for international orders, patties are pre-baked, frozen and delivered in a special insulated box.
Click & Collect
You can order to Click & Collect in person direct from the factory, an ideal way to save on postage costs if your local or if you’re in the area!
You can arrange pick up at a time that suits you for no extra charge, and your Patties will also be already packed, chilled and ready for collection.
Order before midday Monday to Friday for collection the following day at our premises under your name freshly baked from 9.00am until 4.30pm (1pm close Sat). If you want to order but collect on a different day, please place your order online then contact us on 0121 369 0667 stating your name and what day (Tuesday to Saturday) you would like to collect.
